Seventeen dead across UP due to natural calamities, UP CM declares 4 lakh ex-gratia

Lucknow, Jun 24 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday directed to release Rs four lakh as compensation to the family members of 17 people across the state, in incidents of natural calamities, an official statement here said.
The CM also asked the officials to ensure proper medical care to all the 19 people who were injured in separate incidents in the state.
According to a government Spokesperson, the CM had warned the officials of stern action if any delay has been reported from anywhere in extending help to the victims of natural disaster.
