Srinagar, Jul 6 (UNI) Security forces have intensified searches and frisking to foil any attempt by militants to carry out attack in the summer, Srinagar, where the civil secretariat, the seat of Jammu and Kashmir government, re-opened on Monday.
Recently, Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir range, Vijay Kumar had said that Srinagar can’t be militancy-free as ultras come to the summer capital for various reasons, including medical treatment, raising funds and meetings.
