SEBI order on SICCL amounts to double payment:Sahara

Kolkata, Nov 3 (UNI) The embattled Sahara group has reacted strongly to SEBI's Rs 14,000 crore refund order, saying it amounted to "double payment".
In an emailed statement to UNI released by its PR company, the group insisted that investors had already been paid "all their dues except Rs 17 crore".
Sahara India Commercial Corporation Ltd (SICCL) was slapped with a fresh Rs 14,000 crore refund order from the capital market regulator.
