Search operation launched in Jammu, private schools shut in Udhampur

Jammu, Aug 24 (UNI) Police today launched search operation here on city outskirts on general inputs of suspicious movement while private schools remained shut as preventive measure in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.

"We had general inputs from the locals of suspicious movement in the border villages following which a thorough search operation was launched in Miran Sahib area," Ramesh Kotwal, Superintendent of Police, Headquarters Jammu here said.
