Sea level rise a global phenomenon involving natural, man-made changes in climate system: Prof Anny Cazenave

Hyderabad, Nov 21 (UNI) Prof Anny Cazenave of CNES, Toulouse, France has said that the sea level rise is a global phenomenon involving natural as well as man-made changes in the climate system.
As a part of its Diamond Jubilee Year Celebration, the CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute (CSIR-NGRI) is organising a series of lectures by the eminent scientists in the field of Geosciences.
The first lecture of this series was delivered by Prof Anny Cazenave. She is the winner of the “Vetlesen Prize” for the year 2020. This prize is considered to be equivalent to Nobel Prize for Geosciences, a release here said.
