Sea condition very likely to be rough over Bay of Bengal, Tamil Nadu coasts

Pune, Nov 16 (UNI) Night temperatures were appreciably to markedly below normal in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir and were appreciably below normal in some parts of Rajasthan and of Madhya Maharashtra and were below normal in some parts of Gangetic West Bengal,Odisha,west Uttar Pradesh,Himachal Pradesh,Madhya Pradesh,Saurashtra and Kutch, Konkan and Goa, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Telangana and of north interior Karnataka.
The night tempratures were appreciably above normal in some parts of Assam and Meghalaya,coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and of Tamil Nadu and in remaining parts of west Uttar Pradesh,Madhya Pradesh and of Saurashtra and Kutch and were above normal in some parts of Bihar,east Uttar Pradesh,south interior Karnataka and of Kerala and in remaining parts of west Rajasthan and of north interior Karnataka.
The night tempratures were normal over the rest of the region.The lowest minimum temperature recorded was 8.2 degrees celsius at Adilabad in Telangana and Bhilwara in east Rajasthan.
