SDM (DANICS officer) arrested in bribery case

New Delhi, Jun 3 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi, and three other private persons in a bribery case.
CBI sources today said Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rahul Aggarwal is a Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Services officer (DANICS) of 2012 batch and was arrested in the bribery case of Rs 50,000.
Searches were conducted at the house of the officer and Rs five lakh were recovered from his house. The accused persons will be produced before the Rohini Court at 0300 hrs.
