SDF stages Dharna near DC office against CM Goley

Gangtok,Jun 10 (UNI) Sikkim Democratic Front party functionaries ,including former lady Minister Neeru Sewa and former MLAs Manita Manger,N.Lepcha,participated the sit in protest here today.
Prominent among others were Youth leaders Amosh R Lepcha, Kavita Subba,Santosh Rai with others.A memorandum was submitted to CS today demanding justice .It has been already submitted to the Governor and Speaker of SLA on 6th June’19.
All the participants were carrying placards ,saying ‘Stop ridiculing the Constitution and the Supreme Court,’ ‘ We condemn Disrespecting the dignity of Legislative Assembly on 3rd June, insulting& abusing opposition leader Pawan Chamling ,’ Making Goley CM is an insult to the Consitution and Supreme Court,’ and ‘Regularize One family One Job ‘ incumbents immediately’.These were pressed through Memorandum also.

Bhagalpur, Apr 20 (UNI) Accusing BJP-led NDA of intending to scrap the constitution, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the INDIA alliance was contesting the Lok sabha election on the plank of protecting the constitution to save the democracy and claimed that the NDA would not get more than 150 seats.

Those suspended are officers-in charge of Saktipur and Beldanga police stations in Murshidabad district. They failed to contain violence on April 17 in their respective jurisdiction.
