School guardian committee member dies of electric shock in Mah's Kolhapur distt

Kolhapur, Jul 20 (UNI) A school guardian of Shankar Chavan Vidhyamandir committee died after receiving a severe electricity shock from a power pole at Punal village in Panhala tehsil of this district, Panhala police said.
According to them, the deceased identified as Dashrath Hanamant Vadar(39), working as a peon in water supply department of Punal village grampanchyat, was also a member of Shankar Chavan Vidhyamandir's guardian committee.
After attending the guardian committee meet at school office on Saturday , he went to relieve himself near the electric pole, but became unconscious following which came in contact with the live wire.
