New Delhi, Aug 7 (UNI) Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a petition seeking NIA or CBI probe into the agreement signed between Congress & Communist Party of China.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde said "We are not inclined to hear this petition. Sorry."
The petition was filed by Shashank Sekhar Jha seeking the probe into the 2008 agreement between Congress and the Communist Party of China.
