SC nod to civic polls in UP with OBC reservation

New Delhi, Mar 27(UNI) The Supreme Court on Monday in its order gave a green signal to conduct the civic polls in Uttar Pradesh with OBC (Other Backward Classes) reservation.
The Top Court also ordered the State Election Commission to issue election notification within two days.
It is to be noted that the Supreme Court has accepted the report of the OBC Commission constituted by the Yogi Government regarding the civic elections.
