New Delhi, Jul 6 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Monday deferred for a week, the hearing pertaining to petitions filed by the Jharkhand Government against the Centre's ambitious project, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 18, for virtual auction process of 41 coal blocks for commercial mining.
The State of Jharkhand wanted that its civil suit to be listed with the writ petition.
A bench of the Apex Court, headed by Chief Justice (CJI) Sharad Arvind Bobde, said, 'We will hear the matter next week.'
