SC asks Centre to return docs seized from ex-Arunachal CM Nabam Tuki's office

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Supreme Court today asked the central government to provide all the documents seized from the offices of former Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Nabam Tuki, and his cabinet colleagues after the imposition of President's Rule in the state.
"The question of choice will emerge only after you give the whole list," a five-judge constitution bench of the Apex Court, headed by Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, and also comprising Justices Dipak Misra, Madan B. Lokur, P C Ghosh and N V Ramana, said.
"You (Centre) give the full list of whatever have been seized and let them decide as to what they want and what they do not want," the SC said.
