Participating in the event at Panchayat Bhawan of Bhelwara village under Sadar Block of this district, Mr Rai said that every Mukhiya has the right to approve rural schemes to the tune of Rs five lakh. He said on the directions of the Union Government, the state government has launched the Yojana Banao Abhiyaan in Jharkhand as part of which all the panchayats are being provided funds as per the recommendations of the 14th finance commission.
