Mumbai, Sep 23 (UNI) Bombay High Court on Friday rejected a petition field by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde faction MLA Sada Sarvankar claiming that he be heard in plea filed by Udhav Thackeray group seeking court's nod to hold annual Dussera rally at Shivaji Park on October 5.
Sarvankar in his plea also claimed that petitioner ought to have disclosed the facts about proceedings before ECI and SC
"In our view the applicant thus has no locus to intervene in this petition and intervention application filed by Sarvankar is rejected," division bench of Justice Ramesh D Dhanuka and Justice Kamal Khata held.
