Patna, May 23 (UNI) BJP candidate from Saran Rajiv Pratap Rudy defeated his nearest rival and RJD candidate Chandrika Rai by a margin of 136531 votes.
According to the Election Commission, BJP candidate Mr Rudy polled 496992 votes while RJD candidate Mr Rai got 360461 votes.
