Sanjay's wife urges fans to stay away from rumours over her husband's health

New Delhi, Aug 12 (UNI) Hindi cinema actor Sanjay Dutt's wife Maanayata on Wednesday asked fans not to fell in prey to speculations and unwarranted rumours over the health condition of her husband who has been diagnosed with stage III lung cancer.
In a statement, Maanayata said, 'I thank everyone who have expressed their well wishes for Sanjay Dutt's speedy recovery. We need all the strength and prayers to overcome this phase. There is lot that the family has gone through in the last few years but I am confident that this too shall pass."
"However, it is a heartfelt request to Sanjay's fans to not fall prey to speculation and unwarranted rumours but to just help us with their ongoing love, warmth and support,' it said.
