New Delhi, May 5 (UNI) India's chief badminton coach Pullela Gopichand on Saturday said that PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal are his two most successful pupils, as well as "precious diamonds".
He also hoped that in 2020 Tokyo Olympic, the duo will impress everyone with their performance.
During a function organised by FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) to honour the two charismatic badminton celebrities, he said "As a coach, I treat both Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu as precious diamonds. Winning or losing happens every day at the Academy in Hyderabad. Victory or defeat in a game encourages the players to raise the bar and reach for the higher skies."
