Chandigarh, Aug 10 (UNI) The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) Monday said with reports coming in as well as eye witness accounts of hooch tragedy victims implicating Congress legislators and the direct link between the liquor mafia being established with the Congress high command, State Governor VP Singh Badnore should not delay dismissing the Capt Amarinder Singh led Congress government.

Talking to newsmen after leading a protest march to the Raj Bhawan and courting arrest, SAD legislative wing leader Sharanjit Singh Dhillon said the Congress government should be dismissed immediately as the chief minister had refused to take action against Congress legislators who were accused of distributing poisonous liquor in the three districts of Amritsar, Tarn Taran and Batala which led to 137 deaths.
