S Africa opt to bat in fourth test against England

PRETORIA, Jan 22 (Reuters) South Africa captain AB de Villiers won the toss and elected to bat in the fourth and final test against England at Centurion Park today as the home side handed a debut to opener Stephen Cook.
England hold an unassailable 2-0 lead going into the final test in the series but both teams have talked of the importance of the game in laying down a marker for the future.
