Mumbai, Feb 25 (UNI) The Rupee on Thursday slipped by 9 paise to settle at 72.41 against the US Dollar on rising demand the US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.

In opening session, the local unit fell by 11 paise.

It remained under pressure and ended negative at 72.41, sliding by 9 paise as compared to its previous close.

The Rupee registered days high and low at 72.45 and 72.38 respectively.
