Lucknow, Sep 15 (UNI) The Indian based singer, songwriter and music composer, Ruhfikra launched the song ‘Khaab Tera’ on all leading music platforms, streaming successfully on YouTube, Spotify and Apple music.
The song takes the audience through an evocative journey, unraveling the struggles of following one’s dreams that falls beyond the realm of conventional profession set by the society.
The video is directed by Neeraj Mehta who has worked with multiple B-Town labels and one of his works has also been featured at the Cannes Film festival 2021. The young girl featured is Aarna who has featured in music videos of Tony Kakkar, Akhil, etc. The role of a mature girl is played by Janvi, a model, actress and trained Belly dancer who has appeared in the popular dance reality show ‘Dance Plus.’
Ruhfikra in a statement here on Wednesday said that being an Indian lad, he had always remembered movies by the songs that have been a part of it.
"Songs around the world always have their own unique tale of emotions & identity. They may never answer the questions of life or hardships, but they are always there to cushion you at every step of it. I guess that’s the most beautiful part about them,” recounted Ruhfikra.
