Ruckus in Odisha Assembly over non-submission of audit reports of Universities for last 20 years

Bhubaneswar, Jul 20 (UNI) Non-submission of audit report of the universities in Odisha in the Assembly during the last 20 years triggered uproarious scenes in the house today forcing Speaker S N Patro to adjourn twice.
The issue was raised by the Opposition Congress legislature party leader Narashingh Mishra during the zero hour and the Congress members trooped into the well of the house and shouted slogan disrupting the proceedings during the zero hour.
The Speaker was forced to adjourn the house twice – first at 1155hrs till 1250 hrs and again at 1252hrs till 1500hrs till lunch due to the protest by the Congress members.
