Ruckus in Jhansi after fan shouts 'Pakistan Zindabad' during 'Tiger Zinda Hai' screening

Jhansi, Dec 26 (UNI) This erstwhile sleepy town got a taste of commotion, when a fan of Bollywood actor Salman Khan raised slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' during the screening of 'Tiger Zinda Hai' at a cinema hall, here.

Police sources here on Tuesday said that a fan of Salman Khan, Suhail and one other started raising 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans during the show of Tiger Zinda Hai on Monday. Ruckus was created in the theatre after public started beating them, when they continued to raise slogans.

Manager of the cinema informed the police about the incident, following which police reached the spot and took both of them to the police station.

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal activists protested against the incident and tore the posters of the film in many cinema halls. They also demanded apology from Salman for use of derogatory words against the Valmiki community.
