RP Singh new chairperson of board of governors, IIT, Kharagpur

Kolkata, July 26 (UNI) Rajendra Prasad Singh has been appointed the new Chairperson of the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, its spokesperson announced on Tuesday.
Currently the Chairperson of the Board of Governors, IIT Bhubaneswar, he has been conferred the additional responsibility of IIT Kharagpur.
Rajendra Prasad Singh, former Chairman and Managing Director of Power Grid Corporation, replaces industrialist Sanjiv Goenka.
