Bhilwara, Dec 1 (UNI) Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday sought votes for his party promising farmers for loan waiver and assuring youths of employment and bright prospects, if Congress comes in power after the assembly elections.
Addressing an election meeting here, which is also the textile hub of the state, Mr Gandhi said "Rajasthan and the country at a large is confronting with two worrisome problems, one is unemployment and second, the prevailing farm distress".
Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje government in the state and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre, failed totally in keeping their commitment to provide employment to jobless and relief to farmers.
