Rough weather in Himachal

Shimla, Jun 12 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh was on Saturday lashed by rains coupled with high speed gusty winds that plummeted the temperature and disrupted normal life in various parts of the state.
The MeT office said that light to moderate thundershowers with lighting along with 40 to 50 km per hours speed gusty wind hit many parts of Solan, Sirmaur, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Mandi, Shimla and adjoining places of Kullu and Kinnaur from 0230 hrs to 0530 hrs on Saturday disrupting power supply.
The weather Office issue an Orange Warning of heavy rainfall, thunderstorm, lightning & gusty winds (30-40 kmph) in Kangra, Solan and Sirmaur district for the next 24 hrs while a yellow warning of heavy rainfall, thunderstorm, lightning & gusty winds (30-40 kmph) was issued for isolated places of Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Chamba, Kullu, Mandi and Shimla district.
