Rollick launches new Parlour at 7 Wonders Eco Park

Kolkata, Mar 05 (UNI) Rollick, one of India’s leading ice cream brands launched their exciting
new outlet at Eco Park in the esteemed presence of Debashis Sen, Chairman cum Managing
Director of HIDCO along with Anisha Aggarwal, Director, Prestige Ice Cream Private Limited
today.
After the relaxation of lockdown restrictions, celebrations continue at Rollick. They aim to be present in every locality and be a part of all celebrations with their delicious ice-cream where
people can come to taste their products and experience the exquisite taste.
Apart from a presence in more than 25,000 retail outlets, Rollick is present in 30 ice cream
parlours in Kolkata. Their innovative product line and exciting new launches every year differentiates them from their contemporaries; Keeping the increased demand for pre packed food in mind, in 2021 Rollick introduced ice cream cake rolls, sundae jars and a whole range of Kulfi flavours. Some of their flavours are inspired by the local taste and culture like Nolen Gur & Daab Malai.
Incorporated almost 30 years ago, Rollick has successfully established itself as a household name in Eastern India, especially because of their vast product range which starts from Rs. 5. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
The company started with a production unit in West Bengal and is currently present across 14 states in the Eastern region including Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the North Eastern States and Bhutan. The brand aims to be present in 100 new towns and villages in
the existing states in 2021 and expand their presence in 20 new states in the next three years.
Speaking on the occasion, Anisha Aggarwal, Director, Prestige Ice Cream Private Limited said, ‘Rollick has been a crowd favorite since its inception, with its exciting range of products and affordable pricing. We have had so much support from HIDCO in making this parlour- the team has been amazing. 2020 talks a lot about increased hygiene and less human touch. Keeping that in mind, in 2021 we have launched a range of pre packed tubs and sundaes. These are machine made and sealed with the highest standards of hygiene. Rollick has seen 23% growth in CAGR in the last five years and we are aiming for 28% for the next five.’
Speaking on the occasion, Debashis Sen Chairman, Managing Director of HIDCO said “We are pleased to have an ice cream parlour of Rollick, as this one is going to the first of its kind in Eco Park. Kolkatans are fond of ice cream irrespective of any season, thus we are very much hopeful about
the success of the new venture.”
