Rohilkhand belt gets ₹52-Crore religious tourism push as Bareilly, Badaun projects gather pace

Lucknow/Bareilly/Badaun, May 14 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh on Thursday expanded its religious tourism push in the Rohilkhand belt with projects worth over ₹52 crore launched and inaugurated across Bareilly and Badaun.
The move takes forward the state government's intent on developing new spiritual destinations beyond Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura.
State Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh inaugurated projects worth over ₹7.3 crore and laid foundation stones for new works worth more than ₹44 crore during his visits to the two districts.
