Restrictions for Guwahati revelers for trouble-free New Year celebrations

Guwahati, Dec 28 (UNI) As denizens of Guwahati get into party mood to ring in the New Year, the administration is keen to keep the revelers in line to ensure hassle-free and trouble-free celebrations for all.
The Kamrup (Metro) district administration has ordered a slew of guidelines and precautions for smooth celebrations during this period.
With the picnic season on in full swing, the administration has laid down certain guidelines for the picnickers, especially for those opting for merriment near the banks of the Brahmaputra river and Deepor Beel, a natural waterbody.
