In a letter to the General Manager, he said Railway Protection Force bomb squad, established at Kozhikode Railway Station as per direction of Chief Security Commissioner of Southern Railway in tune with the orders of Director General of Railway Protection Force, New Delhi, has not been functioning. When the office was in full swing it had one Assistant Sub Inspector and three constables.
