Research-based work on dairy necessary for Tripura

Udaipur, Oct 20 (UNI) ''It is important to do a research-based project on dairy in Tripura, as no dairy-based research work have been conducted by any organization,'' said bankers, ARDD officials, Veterinary doctors and farmers of Tripura.
“The northeastern state Tripura can make a record in case of milk production and Economic Review of Tripura, 2017-18 has informed that the report published by Animal Resource Development Department, Tripura on Livestock Sector output Value during the year - 2017-18 where the state has recorded 174259852 litres cow milk in the year 2017-18.
Now, it is important to conduct a particular research-based project through NABARD or any other organizations by the research fellow of economics department of Tripura University or ICAR”, said the ICAR and KVK scientists in Tripura.
