Rehabilitation policy for return of youth from PoK not encouraging: Tarigami

Srinagar, Jun 23 (UNI) Alleging that rehabilitation policy for return of youth who have crossed over the to other side of the Line of Control (LoC) was not encouraging, the lone Communist Party of India (M) member today demanded removal of clauses which are obstructionist in nature.
Raising the issue during zero hour in the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Mr Tarigami highlighted the loopholes in the government's policy of return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri youth who had crossed over to the other side of the LoC.
Alleging that the rehabilitation policy is so complex that it has not yielded any tangible results, he demanded removal of certain clauses which are obstructionist in nature.
