Reddy calls for concerted efforts by BIMSTEC nations to fight against drug trafficking

New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) The Union Minister for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy on Friday called for a concerted efforts by the BIMSTEC countries to fight against the menace of drug trafficking by sharing the experiences and information.
Presiding over the Valedictory session of the 'Conference on Combating Drug Trafficking' for BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) Partner Nations, here at Vigyan Bhawan, he said that this multi-dimensional menace can be tackled by comprehensive attack and strategy with a joint and coordinated approach.
The Minister expressed hope that over the past two days this conference must have discussed many important facts and issues in detail while focusing the emerging challenges.
