RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of 4 NBFCs, two of them in Kolkata

Kolkata, Feb 8 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the
certificate of registration of four non-banking financial companies (NBFCs),
two of them based in West Bengal, an RBI release said.
Goyal Commercial Pvt. Ltd.C 301 Lake Apartment, 210 Jessore Rd. and
First Debt Management Co. of India Ltd.Todi Mansion, Kolkata, are among the
four NBFCs, whose certificate of registration have been cancelled,
said an RBI release today.
Two others were in Mumbai - Nostalgia Finvest Private Limited and Narad
Realtors Private Limited.
Following the cancellation of registration certificate, the above companies
would not be able to transact the business of a non-banking financial
institution as laid down under clause (a) of Section 45-I of the
Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
