Ravi Shankar asks Tejasvi to disclose number of  doctors kidnapped  for ransom during RJD rule

Patna, Oct 30 (UNI) Union Law Minister and senior Bhartiya Janata party (BJP) leader Ravi Shankar Prasad today asked Grand Alliance Chief Minister candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Tejasvi Prasad Yadav to disclose the number of doctors kidnapped for ransom during the rule of RJD in Bihar.
Mr Prasad told news persons here today that several doctors were kidnapped for ransom and lands were forcibly acquired in lieu of giving employment during the period of former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, father of Tejasvi Prasad Yadav.
He said that a sense if fear prevailed among the business class during the Regime of RJD.
Describing safety and security as a major issue Mr Prasad said that the people trust upon National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government which keeps its promises whereas the other political parties only make lip services.
The BJP MP further said that it was a matter of great surprise that Congress Party is in the electoral battle along with Communist Party of India Marxist Leninist CPI ML.
Highlighting the concept of the Prime Minister regarding development he said that the country cannot progress without development of Bihar.
He said that the prime minister has unleashed a new era of digital India and provided all possible assistance to the people utilising the digital platform during the covid-19 pandemic.
Mr Prasad said that BJP would fulfill the 11 points mentioned in the manifesto at any cost.

The Minister reiterated that each and every village would be connected with optical fibre for providing internet services which would open new vistas for the youth.
He said as many as 45945 villages in Bihar have been surveyed and optical fibre have been laid in 6000 kilometre area and the rest of the work would be completed at the earliest.
