New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor turned 36 on Friday, his mother Neetu Kapoor wished him saying he is a friend, philosopher and a guide.

Taking to her social media account Instagram, Neetu posted a picture featuring herself, Ranbir, Alia and Soni Razdan.

'Happy to my Friend Philosopher an Guide loads of love and duas #lovehim #bestintheworld #wise happy birthday,' Neetu captioned it.

Alia Bhatt also posted a picture of Ranbir on her Instagram account and captioned it,'Happy Birthday Sunshine'.

Though Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt haven't opened up about their relationship yet.

On the work front, Ranbir and Alia will be sharing the screen space in Ayan Mukerji directorial 'Brahmastra'.
