New Delhi, Jan 17(UNI) A caveat was filed today in the Supreme Court by Samajwadi Party leader Ram Gopal Yadav stating that without hearing the side of Akhilesh Yadav group, the Apex Court should not pass any order. The caveat further stated that if the aggrieved party, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Shivpal Yadav, comes to Apex Court for any plea, or for seeking any relief, without 'hearing our side, the Supreme Court should not pass any ex parte order.'
