Rajni Patil replaces Shinde as AICC incharge for Himachal

New Delhi, May 22 (UNI) Continuing the process of reshuffle within the Congress organisation, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appointed Rajya Sabha MP Rajni Patil as the AICC incharge for Himachal Pradesh in place of veteran party leader Sushil Kumar Shinde.
''The Congress president Rahul gandhi has appointed Mrs Rajni Patil as the AIC incharge for Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect,'' AICC general secretary Ashok Gehlot said in a release.
''The party appreciates the hard work and contribution of Mr Sushil Kumar Shinde, who will be stepping down from his responsibility as AICC general secretary incharge for Himachal Pradesh.
