Patna, Aug 21 (UNI) Union Minister and senior BJP leader Rajiv PratapRudy today had a providential escape when his vehicle was caught in the strong current of flood water in his Chhapra parliamentary constituency. Mr Rudy told UNI that his cavalcade, including his vehicle, was stuck in the strong current of the flood river on 'kutcha' road near National Highway 19 when he was going to Revilganj area to meet them arooned people. The entire area has been in undated by flood water as Revilganj is close to the confluence pointof Ganga and Gandak rivers, which are in high spate, he added. Mr Rudy said that the impact of the strong current was such that his vehicle might had been swept away.
