In a statement here, he said he heard about the success of the film during his stay in US and saw it in Chennai on his arrival after a two-month sojourn. ''I am ecstatic'', the actor said. ''Since I worked for the film without any rest, I needed some rest. So I went to the US along with my daughter Aishwarya and took two months rest and underwent medical checkup.'', he added.
