Jaipur, Apr 11 (UNI) Rajasthan Royals posted a total of 151/7 in 20 overs against Chennai Super Kings in the IPL match at Sawai Man Singh Stadium here on Thursday.
Put in to bat first by CSK, openers gave RR an average start. Ajinkya Rahane was the first one to get out in the bowling of D Chahar as he scored only 14 runs off 11 balls with 3 fours.
On the other side, Buttler tried to play freely before getting out. He scored 23 runs off 10 balls with 4 fours and one six.
After openers departure, RR kept losing wickets at regular intervals and never looked in control.
However, some late flourish by Shreyas Gopal and Jofra Archer at the end ensured RR reached 151 for 7 in 20 overs.
For CSK , Deepak Chahar, S Thakur and R Jadeja took two wickets each. Mitchell Santner also claimed one wicket.
