Raja Warring faces backlash over remark on Sikh children during Tarn Taran campaign

Chandigarh, Nov 9 (UNI) Punjab Congress President and Ludhiana MP, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring ,has come under sharp criticism after a video surfaced showing him playfully touching the hair buns of two children during an election event in Tarn Taran.
The incident, captured on camera, shows Warring remarking humorously, “Where are the two Sardars going? Too-too-too-too-toon,” sparking outrage from Sikh circles and political opponents.
Shiromani Akali Dal Chief Sukhbir Singh Badal condemned the act, calling it an insult to Sikh religious values. Sharing the 17-second clip on social media, Badal accused the Congress of repeatedly disrespecting Sikh traditions, noting that uncut hair is one of the five sacred symbols bestowed upon Sikhs by Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
