Raj Nivas staff member test positive for COVID-19

Puducherry, Jul 8 (UNI) A staff member of Raj Nivas, Puducherry has been tested positive for the novel Coronavirus on Wednesday.
According to a Raj Nivas release, as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the contact tracing has been done.
The primary contacts in Raj Nivas have been identified and they will be sent for testing. Though, asymptomatic, they have been home quarantined.
Raj Nivas is being disinfected and will remain closed for 48 hours.
The lone staff member, tested positive, has no access to Lt.Governor Kiran Bedi and her personal office and she is safe and healthy.
However, as a precaution, Ms Bedi and staff attached to her personal office were also being tested later in the day, the release added.
