New Delhi, Feb 20 (UNI) The Delhiites on Wednesday woke up to a rainy morning, with minimum temperature being recorded at 14.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the normal.
The rainfall recorded till 0830 hrs was 1.6 mm, the India Meteorological Department (MeT) said.
The relative humidity till 0830 hrs was pegged at 96 per cent.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality was ‘very poor’, with the air quality index recorded at 315 till 1000 hrs.
According to the MeT Department, there is a possibility of thunderstorm with hail during the day.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around at 24 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature on Tuesday settled at 24.5 degrees C, normal for the season.
