Rain, snow likely to occur in many places in HP, IMD issues yellow warning

Shimla, Nov 13 (UNI) Indian Meteorological Department warns the mid and high reaches likely to have heavy rain, snowfall and thunderstorm in mid and high reaches on Nov 15 issuing yellow warning here on Wednesday.
Shimla MeT Office Director Mr Manmohan Singh said that heavy rain, thunderstorm and snow likely to occur on Nov 15 in the state releasing yellow warning for the people. He said that rain and snowfall likely to occur at many places in the foothill, mid and high reaches on Nov 15 and 16. Rain or snowfall likely to occur in few places in the mid and high reaches tomorrow.
The Sky was partly cloudy today as black clouds were hovering in the state. Met Office said that it was mainly dry today and the minimum temperature was slightly above normal.
