Rain likely to occur in Telangana, North South coastal AP, Yanam

Hyderabad, Feb 23 (UNI) Light to moderate rain or thundershowers was likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam on February 25, 26 and 27, Meteorological Centre said on Sunday.

In a bulletin here, it also said that light to moderate rain or thunderstorm was likely to occur at isolated places over Telangana on February 26.

Dry weather was likely to prevail in Telangana, North and South Coastal AP and Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days except the above period, the bulletin said.

Dry weather prevailed in Telangana, South and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours.

The lowest minimum temperature of 14 degree Celsius was recorded at Medak in Telangana and 17.4 degree Celsius at Kadapa in Rayalaseema on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the bulletin added.
