Rail traffic affected in Ratlam Rail Div

Ratlam, MP, Jul 4 (UNI) Rail traffic was affected on the New Delhi-Mumbai rail route for nearly seven hours as tracks were submerged between Gujarat’s Sant Road Station and Chanchlav Station – both fall under Ratlam Rail Division – due to heavy rains last night, railway sources said.
Rail traffic was affected from about 0530 hrs. Nearly 15 trains were affected during the period. Several trains were halted at nearby stations. Traffic was restored on up-track from Dahod at around 1215 hrs.
Likewise, up-track submerged between Sant Road-Chanchlav stations were also repaired and traffic restored. Track repair is going on war footing and would be repaired soon.
