Rahul Rao becomes national media in charge of IYC

New Delhi, Jul 16 (UNI) The Indian Youth Congress (IYC), the youth wing of the party, has appointed it’s activist Rahul Rao as the new national media in-charge.

In a release issued here on Thursday, president of Youth Congress, Srinivas BV said that Krishna Allavaru, joint secretary of Congress Party and in-charge of Youth Congress, has appointed Mr Rao as national media in-charge of the organization.

He said Mr Rao, who hails from Haryana, has discharged his responsibility as in-charge of the Shakti department of the IYC.

Prior to this, he was also the president of NSUI, the student wing of the party in Haryana, in which he was selected under the talent search of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
