Rahul hails decision by MP CM Kamal Nath to waive off farm loans

New Delhi, Dec 17 (UNI) Congress president rahul Gandhi on Monday hailed the decision of the Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath to waive off the farm loans by farmers in the state.
‘’CM, Madhya Pradesh, waives farm loans. 1 done. 2 to go,’’ Mr Gandhi said in a tweet pledging similar far loan waivers in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
In the first decision by the Madhya Pradesh governmet after coming to power, Chief minister Kamal Nath on signed the file, waiving the loans of farmers up to Rs 2 lakh, shortly after talking oath as the Chief Minister.
Waiving the loans of farmers has been one of the key promises made by the Congress in its manifesto for the Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh assembly elections.
